02OPERATOR-LED BY DESIGN
Boost Arena is not built around the idea that a family entertainment project ends when equipment is installed.
Opening day is when another phase begins.
Customers start using the space in ways that drawings cannot fully predict.
Staffing assumptions become real labour schedules.
Capacity becomes queues, seating and circulation.
Birthday packages become groups arriving at reception.
Maintenance becomes downtime.
Pricing becomes customer behaviour.
This is why our consulting approach begins with operational questions early in development.
We want the project to make sense after opening, not only look convincing before it.
03THE RIGHT PROJECT DOES NOT START WITH EQUIPMENT
Equipment is important.
But the attraction list is not the business model.
A venue can contain excellent equipment and still struggle if:
- The market is misunderstood
- The property is unsuitable
- Capacity is weak
- Staffing requirements are too high
- The layout creates friction
- Revenue depends too heavily on one source
- Customers have little reason to return
We therefore prefer to begin with questions such as:
- Who is the customer?
- What does the market need?
- What can the property support?
- How will the venue make money?
- How will it operate?
- Why will families return?
Only then should the attraction mix become increasingly specific.
04REAL OPERATING EXPOSURE THROUGH KIDS ARENA
Kids Arena Marbella is a Boost Arena brand and our direct operating reference.
It is not an external consulting client.
Operating Kids Arena gives Boost Arena practical exposure to areas including:
- Physical attractions
- interactive entertainment
- age zoning
- customer flow
- staffing
- birthdays
- groups
- camps and programmes
- F&B
- cleaning
- maintenance
- customer feedback
- peak-period management
- repeat visits
Kids Arena is not presented as a universal template.
Different markets and projects need different solutions.
Its value is that it keeps our development thinking connected to what happens inside a real venue.
05INDEPENDENT FROM EQUIPMENT SALES
Boost Arena does not sell or distribute entertainment equipment.
We are not tied to a single manufacturer.
That distinction matters.
Supplier recommendations should begin with the needs of the project rather than the need to sell a particular catalogue.
When evaluating attractions or suppliers, relevant questions may include:
- Customer fit
- age suitability
- capacity
- staffing
- space efficiency
- replay value
- maintenance
- technical support
- lifecycle cost
- operational complexity
Different suppliers can be appropriate for different projects.
Our role is to help evaluate the fit.
06BUSINESS FIRST. EXPERIENCE ALWAYS.
Family entertainment needs both commercial discipline and emotional appeal.
A venue cannot succeed purely because a spreadsheet works.
Families still need to want to visit.
Children still need to enjoy the experience.
Parents still need to feel comfortable returning.
At the same time, a beautiful concept cannot ignore:
- Labour
- capacity
- maintenance
- pricing
- revenue mix
- weekday utilisation
- working capital
- operational complexity
We therefore look at entertainment as both:
An experience for the customer.
And an operating business.
07WHO WE WORK WITH
Boost Arena can support:
- Entrepreneurs developing their first family entertainment venue
- Existing FEC and indoor-play operators
- Hotels and resorts
- Shopping centres
- Property developers
- Investors
- Mixed-use developments
- Leisure and hospitality groups
- Businesses repositioning an existing entertainment asset
Some clients may begin with an idea.
Others may already have a property.
Some may have equipment quotations.
Others may operate an existing venue and need to improve performance.
Our role depends on the actual stage and question.
08WHAT WE CAN SUPPORT
Depending on the project, Boost Arena may contribute to areas such as:
- Commercial feasibility
- Market and catchment thinking
- Concept development
- Customer and age strategy
- Attraction mix
- Site and property suitability
- Operational layout input
- Supplier comparison
- Revenue-model development
- Pricing and product structure
- Birthday strategy
- Staffing implications
- Operating procedures
- Pre-opening preparation
- Staff training
- Soft opening
- Operational review
- Existing-venue optimisation
- Expansion planning
Not every project requires every service.
The scope should match the problem being solved.
09WHAT WE DO NOT PRETEND TO BE
Complex entertainment developments require multiple professional disciplines.
Boost Arena does not replace professionals such as:
- Architects
- Structural engineers
- MEP engineers
- Fire consultants
- Certified inspectors
- Contractors
- Lawyers
- Tax advisers
- Financial advisers
- Insurance professionals
- Property valuers
Where regulated professional work is required, the appropriately qualified specialist remains responsible.
Our role is to bring the commercial, entertainment and operating perspective into the wider project team.
Clear responsibilities create stronger projects.
10WORKING WITH EXISTING PROJECT TEAMS
Many clients already have:
- Architects
- Designers
- Engineers
- Project managers
- Contractors
- Procurement teams
- Operators
- Asset managers
- Hotel management
- Leasing teams
We do not need to replace them.
Boost Arena can work alongside existing specialists to help ensure that family entertainment requirements remain connected to:
- Customer behaviour
- operations
- attraction needs
- capacity
- staffing
- maintenance
- commercial logic
The strongest projects usually come from coordinated expertise rather than one organisation trying to perform every role.
11FROM A SINGLE VENUE TO A WIDER ENTERTAINMENT GROUP
Kids Arena represents Boost Arena's current operating brand.
But Boost Arena is designed as the wider group.
This structure allows us to separate:
Consumer entertainment brands.
Operating knowledge.
Consulting and project development.
Future concepts and growth opportunities.
New brands or locations do not need to copy Kids Arena.
They can be developed around their own market, customer and commercial opportunity while benefiting from the operating knowledge within the group.
12HOW WE THINK ABOUT GROWTH
Growth is not simply about opening more locations.
A project needs to remain commercially and operationally coherent as it expands.
Future growth can involve different models depending on the opportunity, market and partners.
Boost Arena is evaluating future expansion models for its entertainment concepts, including potential franchise opportunities.
No franchise programme is currently being offered.
Any future model should be developed only when the concept, operating systems and economics are sufficiently ready to support it.
13WHERE WE WORK
Boost Arena is based in Spain and approaches opportunities with an international perspective.
Our strongest operating foundation is currently in Spain.
We can also evaluate family entertainment projects in other markets where the project, local professional team and commercial opportunity make sense.
Local conditions matter.
Demographics, property, regulation, customer behaviour, pricing and competition can change significantly from one market to another.
We therefore do not believe in simply exporting the same entertainment formula everywhere.
14OUR PRINCIPLE
A successful family entertainment venue needs to work on several levels at the same time.
For the child.
For the parent.
For the staff.
For the operator.
And for the investor or property behind it.
That is the perspective Boost Arena brings to family entertainment development.
We create and operate family entertainment concepts, and help others develop them.
Built for experience.
Grounded in operation.
